If a customer is rejected by college, graduate school, professional programs or potential employers, the customer has no legal recourse against Nelnet, Inc. EVEN IF Nelnet, Inc. APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting ResumeEdge.com, you agree that the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ResumeEdge or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ResumeEdge.com or to products you purchase through ResumeEdge.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Nebraska in a court that is geographically closest to the main office of Nelnet, Inc. in Lincoln, NE except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ResumeEdge's intellectual property rights, ResumeEdge may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
REFUNDS
ResumeEdge is committed to providing exceptional writing and editing at affordable prices, and we have a customer approval rate of 96%; however, ResumeEdge is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any writing, editing or any other service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by ResumeEdge. ResumeEdge also reserves the right to use its work in instructional or promotional material subject to the Privacy Agreement. ResumeEdge will not issue refunds of any kind for any orders older than 30 days which are due to a customer’s failure to provide a resume upload or completed questionnaire. If customer requests a refund within 30 days and has not yet provided a resume upload or completed questionnaire, ResumeEdge will issue refunds under the following structure:
Within 7 days of placing order – 100% refund, less $25.00 cancellation fee
Within 8 – 30 days of placing order – Refunds on a case-by-case basis, less $25.00 cancellation fee.
Note:
Gift purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Adjustments to any gift purchase will be made on a case-by-case basis.
All services, excluding gifts or special arrangements, must be used within 6 months from initial purchase.
